How to report

Email hello@elonfaqs.com with the page link, what is wrong, and a source (a video timestamp, an X post, or an article). Every FAQ and prediction page also has a “Report an error” link that fills in the subject for you.

What we fix

  • Misquotes, wrong dates, and timestamps that point to the wrong moment.
  • Answers credited to Elon Musk that were said by someone else.
  • Answers or X posts filed under the wrong question.
  • Prediction statuses, when a better source shows a different outcome.
  • Broken or dead source links.

We do not change an entry because someone disagrees with what he said. Fixed entries are logged below with the date.

  1. Oct 13, 2026 · FAQ excerpt (trusting information)

The second Grokipedia excerpt on this FAQ was an All-In host talking about tagging Grok in replies, not him. It now shows his answer that follows, about the Grok button on every X post and Community Notes, rechecked against the video captions and a published transcript. The timestamp moved to 0:23:30, where he starts.

  2. Oct 13, 2026 · FAQ excerpts (4 FAQs)

Four more excerpts fixed against captions and published transcripts. Trusting information: the Grokipedia excerpt mixed in a host’s follow-up question; it now starts at his answer, with caption errors fixed (“Grok,” “axiomatic”). First principles: “aimatic” is now “axiomatic” and the excerpt starts at the start of his sentence. Optimus timeline: removed a false start (“In terms of”). X everything app: removed the Rishi Sunak citation, which was about signed media, not X.

  3. Oct 13, 2026 · FAQ excerpts (5 FAQs)

Five caption-only excerpts showed the wrong words. Each now shows his answer, rechecked against the video captions, with the timestamp moved to where he starts. AI and jobs, free speech, and trusting information showed All-In hosts talking (the free speech one was the question itself). Universal high income opened with the interviewer’s question. The AGI timeline excerpt was about Neuralink bandwidth; it now shows his answer from the same talk: “I think we’re quite close to digital superintelligence.”

  4. Oct 13, 2026 · Prediction P48

P48 (roughly 10,000 Optimus robots in 2025) stays Missed, but the resolution now cites the Q4 2025 Tesla call directly instead of an Electrek summary. The old text said he admitted no robots were doing useful work. His actual words: Optimus was “still in the R&D phase,” had done “some basic tasks in the factory,” and was not in use there “in a material way.”

  5. Oct 13, 2026 · Prediction tracker

Added a “Came true, late” status for claims that happened after the deadline he gave. Four predictions moved from Missed to Came true, late, each rechecked against its linked source: P28 (no Robotaxi safety driver, unsupervised miles began in early 2026), P44 (first Neuralink human implant, January 2024), P45 (Cybertruck, first deliveries November 2023), and P46 (Tesla Semi, first deliveries December 2022). P35 now notes that in May 2025 he put the 2026 Mars window at about 50/50.

  6. Oct 12, 2026 · FAQ numbering

FAQ #27 was showing on two pages: the origin story at /faq/27 and “When will Starships and people get to Mars?”. Number 27 now belongs only to the origin story. The frequency order is unchanged, but questions ranked 27th and lower now display one number higher (the Mars timeline question is now #28, and the last question is #49).

  7. Oct 12, 2026 · Home page and About page

The X Takeover 2026 quote was changed from “Oh, that’s question 27. Here we go.” to “Oh, that’s question 27. Here you go.” to match the transcript and the video.
