Q: What's the biggest challenge you have with xai?
Well, XAI is still relatively new, so it's not like the limiting factor right now is just training our GROQ version 2 model, which should be, we think better than GPT4. And that's, we're hoping to complete that in May. So that's training right now. So it's just really, we're just trying to get enough GPUs online to train it fast enough to get that done in May, which I think probably will happen. And then, and that's …

Q: And the last one, Any updates on investing in XAI and integrating GROK into Tesla software?
I should say that Tesla is learning quite a bit from xai. It's been actually helpful in advancing full self driving and in building up the new Tesla data center. With reviving investing in xai, I think we'd need to have a shareholder approval of any such investment, but I'm certainly supportive of that if shareholders are. But I think we need to vote on that. And I think that there are opportunities to integrate …

Q: When are we going to see that and what capabilities can we expect from Grok3?
Well, Grok3 has very powerful reasoning capabilities. So in the tests that we've done thus far, Grok3 is outperforming anything that's been released that we're aware of. So that's a good sign. In fact, at times, I think Grok 3, it's kind of scary smart. You're like, wow, this thing's smart. It's kind of scary. Graph three is scary. It's like, wow, this thing's it comes up with solutions that you didn't even think …

Q: Is it just a feature, a core intelligence layer, or does that change how people experience the platform?
Yeah, Grok. I think it's pretty helpful because that Grok button, which you can press about any given post on the system, and its analysis of a post is usually quite accurate. It isn't about a thousand, but it really gives you deeper insight into any given piece of information that somebody posts on the system. You can figure out more context helps you figure out if it's true or not. And we actually just added GROK …

Q: You want to just give us an update?
Yeah, so we're running a lot of, using a lot of inference compute and reasoning to look at all of the source data, which is really the corpus of human knowledge and then thinking about each piece of information and then adding what's missing and correcting mistakes and removing falsehoods from this, from that training data. So it's like if you take the Wikipedia as an example, but this really applies to books, PDFs, …

Q: But what does the landscape look like if you have grok competing with OpenAI, competing with all these different. How does it work?
Yes. As long as there's at least one AI that is maximally truth seeking, curious and you know, and for example, ways all human lives equally does not favor one race or gender, then people are able to look at GROK at XAI and compare that and say, wait a second, why are all these other AIs being basically sexist and racist? And then that causes some embarrassment for the other AIs and then they improve. They tend to …

Q: We're doing something entirely different. Is that fair?
I wouldn't say we're doing something entirely different. We're doing some things that are same, some things that are different, but it's just saying like the elements that define success for an AI company are going to be one. The talent, do the hardware, how much AI and hardware can you bring to bear? That's actually a very big deal. And we've shown that we're the best at doing that at xai. And then third, unique …

Q: Is there a breakthrough or is it just speed and access to data?
So there's a couple of things. It will be the largest model to test my knowledge. So this is a 6 trillion parameter model, whereas GROK3 and 4 are based on a 3 trillion parameter model. Moreover, the 6 trillion parameters will have a much higher intelligence density per gigabyte than rock 4. I think this is an important metric to think about intelligence per gigabyte and intelligence per trillion operations. So …

Q: Is XAI now the counterbalance for Google?
Yeah, probably. I guess Anthropic is doing some good work, especially in coding opening. I certainly done impressive work. I'm still sort of stuck on like how do you go from a nonprofit open source to a profit maximizing closed source, missing some of the parts in the middle. But you know, they certainly have done impressive things.

Q: And why is it going to then care about human consciousness?
These things are only probabilities, they're not certainties. So I'm not saying that for sure GROK will do everything, but at least if you try, it's better than not trying. At least if that's fundamental to the mission, it's better than if it's not fundamental to the mission. And understanding the universe means that you have to propagate intelligence into the future. You have to be curious about all things …

Q: Like, you know, how do you solve reward hacking?
I do think you want to actually have very good ways to look inside the mind of the AI. So this is one of the things we're working on. And you know, anthropic's done a good job of this, actually being able to look inside the mind of the AI so effectively developing debuggers that allow you to trace as finer grain is to a very fine grain level to effectively to the neuron level if you need to, and then say, okay, it …

Q: Grok Bot update (prepared remarks)
So on the Grok Bot side, we're seeing the fastest growth of a product that I've ever seen in my life for Grok Bot. … We already are in early deployment with some trusted customers and we expect to be in wide deployment within a few weeks for enterprise customers for Grok Bot.

We are building Grokipedia @xAI. Will be a massive improvement over Wikipedia. Frankly, it is a necessary step towards the xAI goal of understanding the Universe. https://t.co/xvSeWkpALy

Important note regarding Grok @Bot: Going forward, @SpaceX will use the best back end model for any given task, including Claude Opus 5.5, MidJourney, Suno and other leading APIs. Whatever is most likely to give you the best outcome.

@farzyness @amazon Just ask Grok Bot to find the best deal on the Internet for what you want. Doesn’t need to come from Amazon. My Bot bought LEGO directly from the LEGO website no problem.
